You can upload your documents in any language. As well as communicate with your chatbot using different languages. For example, you can upload English documents and communicate with your chatbot in Spanish.

What LLM model can I choose for my bot?

At this moment you can choose GPT-3.5 and GPT-4 models. We are working on adding more.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. You can do this from your account settings.

What does 'message credit' mean?

Message credits are the units we use to charge for each bot response, based on the AI model you choose. For instance, each response from the GPT-3.5 model costs one credit, while a response from the GPT-4 model costs 20 credits.

What distinguishes the GPT-4 model from the GPT-3.5 model?

Both models are highly efficient and provide satisfactory answers. The GPT-3.5 model is fast, cheap, and can answer almost all questions correctly given quality data sources. The GPT-4 model, while more expensive (costing 20x more), is more accurate and can handle more complex questions.

Are charges applied to all messages, including user queries and operator responses, or just the bot responses?

We only charge for bot response messages. All other types of messages are not subject to charges.
